To access wk89 services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and creating a secure password. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity. You agree to notify wk89 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. wk89 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
wk89 requires all Users to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm identity, age, and address. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (such as Indonesian National Identity Card or KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of document submission. wk89 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
wk89 accepts deposits via approved Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000, and the maximum deposit amount is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction, subject to payment method limitations.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly during banking hours (8:00-20:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 2 hours to be credited to your Account. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly 24/7. wk89 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
wk89 encourages responsible gambling and offers voluntary deposit limit tools. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to allow for a cooling-off period. Deposit limits may be decreased at any time and take effect immediately. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from a bank account, e-wallet, or payment method belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited. wk89 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion that the deposit was made from a third-party source. Accounts found to be accepting third-party deposits will be closed, and all funds will be returned to the original deposit source.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise requested and approved by wk89. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Bank Mandiri are typically processed within 4-6 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 WIB). Withdrawals to other Indonesian banks may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 2-4 hours. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to additional verification or security checks.
wk89 does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts in good standing. However, accounts that have not completed KYC verification, or accounts with unusual activity patterns, may be subject to a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount. Gold tier loyalty program members receive priority withdrawal processing with zero fees.
wk89 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: (a) incomplete or unsuccessful KYC verification; (b) unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements; (c) suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; (d) violation of these Terms and Conditions; (e) withdrawal amount exceeds Account Balance; (f) technical issues with payment processors; or (g) as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
wk89 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus terms are clearly stated on the promotion page and must be accepted by the User before claiming the bonus.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, and sports betting contributes 20%. The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is Rp 50.000 per spin or bet.
wk89 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and possible Account closure: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; (b) using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite bets in roulette); (c) utilizing software, bots, or automated systems to wager bonus funds; (d) collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes; or (e) any other activity deemed by wk89 to be abusive or fraudulent.
wk89 offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including football (Indonesian BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. All bets are accepted subject to availability of markets and odds at the time of placement. wk89 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspected fraud.
Bet settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of disputes, wk89's decision is final. For Indonesian football betting (bandar bola) including mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (handicap betting), specific settlement rules apply and are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules section.

Upon Account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to wk89. wk89 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Account suspension or closure.
All content on the wk89 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of wk89 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. The wk89 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of wk89. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from wk89.
Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Service or its content, any collection and use of game listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the Service or its content, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the wk89 Parties exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your wk89 Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the wk89 Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; (c) your breach of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (e) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wk89 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and wk89.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, you agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
